I like Slide and Glide a lot. I found it to be a fun workout and it was a very nice break from the others in the LI series. The discs provide you with a great way to really extend and work the lower body, especially quads and inner thighs. I found this less intense than the other workouts, but it still had me huffing and puffing. I would rate it a little more challenging that cardio super sets, but not as challenging as athletic training. When I first did it it caused me some discomfort in my back, I think it's just the way weight is distributed when using the discs, but this went away after using it a few times. I'm actually going to do this workout this morning as well as my cardio for the July rotation, and I'm looking forward to it because its a nice change.
