Nearly all orders are shipped on the same or next business day from the time your order is placed. Orders are shipped by UPS ground from our facility in New Jersey. We don't use fullfillment houses to process our orders.
So how long does it take for your order to arrive? Well, the closer you you live to New Jersey the faster you will receive your order. Pa, NJ and DE customers will usually get their videos in one day, while the west coast will take about 5 business days. Remember, UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
International customers orders are shipped by UPS Worldwide Express. This means your order will arrive in 1 to 5 days. The exception to this is when customs messes things up, so always make sure to include your phone number with your order.
Canadian customers orders are shipped by UPS ground or by the postal service for smaller orders.
Please note that PO Boxes will cause a delay in your order being shipped as we can't use UPS for these orders. All PO Boxes are shipped by the postal service. You should avoid using PO Boxes whenever possible.
All UPS orders can be tracked from our website. If you ordered online you will receive an email with tracking instructions.Regardless you can always track your order from our site just by using the phone number you gave us with your order. You will even be told the exact day your order will arrive
