Question about Sept. Rotation

I really want to try the September rotation, Butts and Guts because I've started running and want to work on strengthening my legs. However, I just finished your August Bootcamp which was excellent!! Really helped me fitness wise, heres my question. I don't want to lose my upper body strength and it seems like one total body workout a week for 4 weeks, I may lose some of that because there's nothing else for the upperbody? What would you suggest? Thanks Cathe
 
Hi Mic! See if you can find the time to squeeze in Pyramid Upper Body one day per week (in addition to the weekly total body workout that already exists in this rotation) on week 1 and 3.

On week 2 and 4 do CTX Upper Body (in addition to the weekly total body workout that already exists in this rotation).
