Hi Cathe,
I don't know if this has been asked before (my apologies if it has), but what brand of resistance bands are you using in the new workouts?
Also, when filming the workouts, did you find that your muscles were being fatigued sufficiently compared to a weighted workout?
The reason I ask is that I am moving from the UK to the USA in July (permanently!) and will be without my workout equipment for a couple of months whilst my stuff is being shipped over. Someone has suggested that I purchase some resistance tubing so that I can continue with my strength and toning work, which I think is a great idea as I can also use them with your new workouts that I've pre-ordered.
I have worked really hard with your workouts for the past few months and have made great strength and fitness gains as well as losing 28 lbs in weight - I don't want to undo too much of my good work!
