Just a quick question on taking recovery-protein after work out drinks.I have this amazing orange cream powder that when added with water makes a great after work out recovery drink.
My question: Has anyone ever pre-mixed like a week's worth and stored them in bottles in the fridge so that they are 'ready to go ' when you are done with working out? I realize that mixing them one by one after working out doesn't take an obscene amount of time, however, it's one of those things that I would like to prepare ahead of time, if possible, so that it's done for the week.
Just wondering if anyone else has done this, and if it affects the product.
IE: Does it loose it's 'freshness' if it sits too long already pre-mixed.?
Any advice is once again apprecited !
