I have all 3, sometimes I only have time for the shorter one, sometimes the longer one. Depends on how long you want to work out. I haven't tried the arms one yet. But I did want the long and short one, so I went for all 3. I got an e-mail from P-57 saying that Tanya Becker ( the instructor) will be on the today show (tomorrow) Fri. morning, in the 10:00 hour, talking about her dvds, maybe that will help you decide.
