Question about nail strengtheners

I have recently taken off my fake nails after about 20yrs of having them. I must keep them polished or they will break. Anyone think they know the best polish or treatment for strength? I have Nail Tek that I have been using on a daily basis. I have been reading about Flex Nail and some others online. Would love to here advise.

I use OPI Nail Envy. It is a strengthener and I really like it.

Funny you asked! I really want to know too.. I have always bitten my nails, and had them horrible.. now that i just had a baby and im nursing,.. they are growing!!! i suppoust it has something to do with breast milk!
I always wanted to have long nails and now they are growing, so please keep the advice cooming so I can take care of my new nails!
