Good Morning to everyone. I rarely post because I am a terrible typer ans it takes forever to write what I want to say. However I read the posts daily and am so impressed with the fitness/nutrion knowlege the people on this site possess.That being said I have a question about my sixteen year old son. He plays football for his school (as well as winter track and baseball)and their season has just completed. He wants to gain 15 pounds by next season (his senior year).Currently he is 5"10 and 170 lbs. My question and concern is how we can SAFELY accomplish this. Does anyone have any info on Muscle Milk ? Is it safe? Effective? Any other suggestions or advise is so greatly appreciated > thank you very much and Happy Holiday Season!:
