Question about Low Impact Step

Hello everyone,

I posted this over on the Video discussion forum as well--any additional input would be great!

I am coming off of an ankle sprain and will be cleared to try step again in the next couple of weeks---would Cathe's newer low impact step workout (in the Target set) be a good way to slowly get back into step until I am ready for more impact and difficult choreography? Any input for those of you who have this workout would be appreciated! TIA!

If I were you I'd keep the step simple for now...you don't want to risk re-injuring your ankle with the more difficult choerography. Work your way back slowly...when you're ready the hard stuff will still be there waiting for you.
