Question about leaving on Sunday

Hi,

I'm sure this is answered somewhere, but I've done some reading and haven't found it.

If I have to be at the airport at 1:00 on Sunday, is my best bet to go from the gym after the early bird class to the airport? If so, how do I arrange transportation? Do I call rapid rover myself or is that already being arranged? Also, what time does the early bird class end? Will I be able to shower at the gym before flying?

Here's what I would do:

I would make an appointment with Rapid Rover and provide them with your flight information. From this, they can tell you what time they need to pick you up. I am guessing you can have them pick you at from the Five Points Diner and take you to the airport. If you have a 1:00 flight, they most likely will pick you up around 11:00 or so. The brunch should be over by 11:00.

The previous information said that if our flight was before 2:00 we would not have enough time for the brunch. Has that changed???? That's great if it has ! ! ! I just want to verify.

Rapid Rover will pick you up at Five Points Diner between 2 and 2 ½ hours prior to your departure flight time as Rapid Rover wants to get you to the airport 90 minutes prior to your departure.

So, it looks like they can pick you up at 11:00. To make things easier, I recommend you print out your boarding pass that Saturday night (or early on Sunday morning). The Fairfield Inn offers a business center for guests to print out their boarding passes for free. Also, I recommend you seriously consider only bringing carry-on luggage.

Both of these suggestions will enable you to spend less time standing in lines at the airport. I'm a frequent traveller and do this all the time. In fact, I will also follow these recommendations.
