Question about intermediate rotation - Michele

Michele, did you ever get an intermediate rotation? I was thinking maybe if you posted what DVDs you have here, we could try our hand at helping you put one together...

I hate cardio more than ever but I'm trudging through because I know it's good for me. It IS good for me, right? I wouldn't put myself through this torture if I didn't have to--lol!

I'm into the 8th week of the Official Beginners Rotation that Cathe posted awhile back. I have all the DVD's for that which include Basic Step & Body Fusion, Low Impact Step & Total Body Sculpting, and Total Body Stretching. I also have the DVD with PH (I've only done PH but it's been ages), and High Step Circuit.

I was hoping Cathe would come up with another rotation for those of us that are graduating from the beginners. I'd buy whatever DVD's were recommended. Cathe suggested that we go with her Cardio and Weights work out once we finish the beginners rotation, but I was hoping for another WHOLE rotation for intermediates. I personally do better if I have a set program to follow everyday. Everything falls apart for me if I have to actually think about what to do next:eek: ;( :7 I'm so fitness challenged *sigh*. Thank God I have you gals--lol!

Thanks for your interest, Marie. I'd love to know your opinion about how I should proceed.

P. S. I saw your post regarding your dizziness and I hope you can get that straightened. I really suspect it's your meds and maybe it will clear up after a time, at least I hope so.
