Question About High/Lo

I've been doing some of Cathe's high/lo segments on her DVD's and everytime I do, I get horrible side cramps! It never fails, I even wait LONG after I eat or drink anything, and I try to really regulate my breathing and pace myself. I don't feel too taxed from doing high/lo, so I don't think it's because of exhaustion. I really enjoy high/lo, so I'd hate to cut it out of my cardio options. Does anyone else experience this? If so, how do you curb the cramps?

i also get terrible side cramps when doing high/low. i also do it way after eating. after having done high/low for so long i dont have the problem as much. in mic and circuit max i usually dont twist my body. if cramps happen i try to stretch my sides.

If I get cramps it's generally because I'm not breathing deep enough. I have to take very deep breaths for quite a while to get them to go away. Then I'm super cautious for the next few workouts to breathe deep so it doesn't happen again.
