hi,i tried ccc but in core section i don't execute some excercise because i don't have the power enoght to stand up and jump,i think is in the 5th and 6th rond ,do you have any proposal for modification?thank you!!!

I've done the Cardio only then the core only and I had more power. I did the core on a weight training day and I was shocked that I could execute all the moves. It takes a lot more endurance to do the CCC as is and I'd like to build up to that. I find this to be a pretty tough workout!
