I have had this vhs for a few years (By Michelle and Tracy). I absolutely love this workout. I thought I read somewhere that it is on dvd, but with a new name. Does anyone know what the name of the dvd is and where I can purchase it? Thanks for any help. I would really like the dvd.

There are two, 2-DVD sets that you can find at some Walmarts (set 1: "Work it off" for $6) and Dollar Stores (set 2: "Step it off" for $5). I don't remember which one of the workouts is the same as Breakthru Body Blast (and I'm too lazy to look right now!), but "work it off" has a step/weights workout with a dark background (and some Stevie Wonder tunes), and a cardio dance workout. "Step it off" has two step workouts.
