Question about BowFlex

A friend of mine has a roommate with a practically new BowFlex. He can't find a DVD or instruction manual to see how to set it up for different exercises, etc. Anyone have any ideas where to get this information? Thanks.

Why doesn't he just email or call Bowflex? They should be able to send a new manual and DVD out right away.

There are quite a few resources if you do a search for manuals. Here is one. I do not know what type of Bowflex your friend has. I own one. I would bet Bowflex would be happy to help you too.
