Body Max 2 is one of my favorite workouts. Today I did the Power Circuits and all the upper body work. My question is, how long should I wait before working those upper body muscles again. Most of the time, I do about a 5-7 day rotation of body parts, but those upper body segments are much shorter than what I am used to, so I am not sure how long I might need to recover. I guess this question also goes for some of the other similar workouts like Bootcamp or Drill Max where you work the muscles, but maybe not quite to failure.
