Question about Aug rotation

I started Cathe's Aug rotation and did HighStep Challenge this morning. She has us doing MuscleMax tomorrow. I am up to it, but am wondering if it is working the same muscles 2 days in a row? What do you think?

Its very common to do circuit one day then strength the next. In circuit w/outs the pace is usually quick and reps are light so its not considered a complete strength workout. There are also rotations out there called CIRCUITS (Nov 2003) comes to mind where you actually do several circuits in a given week.
I say always be conservative if in doubt...go lite on your circuit day the first week and you'll be fine for your strength training.
Have fun! I love circuits and always quickly drop any extra pounds that creep up.
