Dear CATHE,
I hope this message reaches you. I really enjoy the video "All Step." However, although I've been into aerobics religiously for 21 years, this is my first attempt at step aerobics.

My frustration is that I don't know how to do the moves, which mostly occur very rapidly. Is there any way, Cathe, that you could e-mail or snail mail me an explanation of these moves so that I can get a good workout.

Thanks much, and keep up the great instructing!

Sincerely,
Sue Mroz

Hi Sue! The best thing to do is to just watch it a few times through before actually doing it. While I have older tapes that break down the moves at a slower pace (should you want to go that route) I think you will be okay with All Step if you break it into sections. During your non-workout time, try to view it and learn 5 minutes at a time so that when you actually do the workout, you will not lose your heartrate in the attempt to understand the moves. Btw, the first combo in this tape is the hardest so it should get much easier after that. Good Luck!

Sue,

All Step was the first aerobic tape I had ever done. It came with the step I bought at K-mart. So I had zero experience and am not very good with choreography. It did not take me long to get the feel for the moves. There are still some parts of the tape I miss, but overall this tape makes me work hard! Just stick with it and it will come.
