I am in the process of calculating One Rep Max. Can you tell me if there is a difference between exercise 236 and 246 as 246 does not have a video demo. Also, can I make a suggestion. There's a scroll down menu on the right side of the screen that lists all of the exercises. When I try to search for a specific exercise it would be so much easier if they were in numerical order. Unless, of course, there's a reason for the way it is.
