Quaker rice cakes

Does anyone eat them? I found some caramel corn ones and they are so good! I love caramel corn!

ETA: I got the mini ones.

The flavored ones aren't bad for an occasional snack. But I usually stay away from them since they are pretty much devoid of any nutritional value. If I'm going to eat something with no nutrition, it's going to be a chocolate chip cookie, not a wimpy little rice cake! :9

(Ok, I know - *slight* difference in calorie content... but still, the cookie wins every time in my book!)

I'm with Emily: they're pretty much the nutritional equivalent of eating paper (though probably worse because they are high glycemic). There are some soy chips out that are similar to rice cakes in texture and taste. They also come in different flavors.

Yummy! I love those mini Quaker rice cakes!! Especially the carmel flavored ones, they taste like carmel corn to me. The ranch and cheddar cheese flavors are really good too.
