Been wondering.....
STS TB and HR have non-cardio warm ups. They go straight to a light barbell and easy weight moves. All Cathe's other weight workouts have a cardio warm up first, which I prefer. Of course, I could prefer it because that is what I'm used to. I also work out in the basement, which is chilly in the winter, so the cardio warm up literally warms me up.
Is there a reason for the change? Is one way better than the other? I can always hop on the elliptical for a few minutes before I start.
