Hi Cathe,
I've been a "user" of yours for about 2 years now. I tried the pyramid workouts when the series first came out and really wasn't too keen on them. (I had been doing Power Hour religiously and was a little too addicted to it.)
I have recently "tried" the pyramids again and I must say I AM LOVING THEM!!!! They've really made my muscles "pop" in just a few weeks. (I went back to school last year and got a bit sporadic with my workouts. Have started up regularly again with the summer break, and the pyramids have really revved up my muscle memory fantastically!)
And talk about delayed onset muscle soreness - does it count as DOMS if it starts only a few hours after lifting??!!!
Just goes to show if you try something again that you weren't as big on at first you can really see new benefits and even enjoy it that much more. Thanks again - really seeing great results.
Kate
