Pyramids combo premix?

This is the only premix I haven't done on the dvd yet and would love to know what it consists of!

Does anyone have the exercises for this combo on file or a worksheet ? I'm finishing up my upper/lowerbody split training this month and wanted to use this workout as my grand finale ;-0

I've done this a few times but I can't give you an exact breakdown of the exercises. I do know it combines upper and lower body for a complete 1 hour whole body workout. I really like this premix.

Do you remember how many sets of each exercises ? If it was the premix up or down version or a mixed combo?

can't find the exact location but i saw it on videofitness.com site. i did jot it down. its pyramid up so that would be 3 sets.

squats/plies
leg press
fly/chest press
pullovers/back rows
leg press
lunges
rear/side/front raise for shoulders
deadlifts
calves
kickbacks/overhead extensions
hammer curls/bicep curls
