Pyramid question for Fitness Freak

Hi, Debbie!

I'm using Cathe's 4 Day Split and she uses the pyramid up style of lifting on some of the sets. For strength gains, do you think it would be better to pyramid down instead of up?

Strength gains are made with the positive movement (up). So if you want to build and at strength, keep the pyramids the way they are designed.
