I've been using these the past several weeks and are doing them about 2 times a week. Here's what I've been doing and I've seen good results:
Day One: Pyramid Upper
Day Two: Pyramid Lower
Day Three: Cardio only
Day Four: Circuit workout
Day Five: Cardio only
Day Six: Both Pyramid Upper and Lower
Day Seven: Rest
Also, on the Pyramid days, I also do some type of cardio (usually in the morning) and then the weights that afternoon. I've done this for three weeks and will probably do it one more week, then I'll change things around.
