pyramid full body rotation

I had excellent luck doing this rotation during the month of April. Like others, I hated to do one body part or just upper or lower. This is very advanced. Pyramid weights gave me the best results ever.
SUN: Pyramid lower (warm up and only the weight section)
Pyramid upper (no warm up, weight section, stability ball, cool
down.
MON: Imax 1 (add the 3 intervels of ctx step & intervels) at the half
way point for a workout total of 13 intervels. 10 min. abs
Tues: CTX kickbox, kick punch and crunch (warm up plus the 2 cardio
sections)(in other words, Timesaver #4), then 10 minute Blast
challenge from kick max. 10 min. abs
WEDS: Imax 2 plus 10 min. abs
THURS:Same as Sunday.
FRI: Lomax plus 10 min. abs
SAT: Imax 3 plus 10 min. abs
If I felt like I wanted to do only aerobics instead of step, I substituted MIC aerobics) only plus Timesaver#2 (hi/lo ofstep jump and pump cardio on that day. Enjoy. Gene

Wow--this looks good too. I am going to print it out also. I've been planning to revisit the pyramids in June and this looks tough. I'll probably have to modify the cardio a bit for the sake of my poor knees.

So many rotations, so little time.:p

thanks for posting this

Thanks Gene. This rotation looks great. I love all the cardio, self professed cardio junkie here. I have trouble fitting in everything when only working 1 or 2 body parts per day. This is just what I need.
