I made up my own Pyramid upper body finisher taken from ideas from Cathe's other workouts. I did the PUB Up only premix but after the 3rd set I did a "finisher" doing only a set of 12 but using the weight I used for the set of 10.
For example for Chest
Chest Fly/Chest Press 12 lbs x 12 reps then 15 lbs x 10 reps, then 20 lbs x 8 reps then I did 15 lbs x 12 reps
I got a nice little burn. Just wanted to share.
