can cathe or someone help? i am interested in knowing for py upper body it seems like there are more reps with the second set using heavy weight . shouldnt it be high reps with light than each one or am i confused, in other words how many reps for set 1 than 2 and than 3 4 5?
 
The premise of the pyramids is to work your muscle to exhaustion in the later sets. This is supposed to build more muscle than higher reps, lighter weights.
