Hello.

Is anyone there?
I haven't been able to workout since Sunday. I did MM and 4DS KB/BC cardio. I felt it the next day!
I am sick now:(. My allergies are acting up. I went to the doctor today and she said she couldn't really help me this time because I am bfeeding. I guess anything she could prescrible (other than allegra) will dry up the milk supply. I also can't get a cortisone shot. That is usually the only thing that helps me when they get this bad. Finley stayed up until 2 last night, so that didn't help either. I am trying to decide if I will work tomorrow. I am thinking not.

Laura...I saw you were back. I am glad you had a great time. I am sure it was so beautiful. How is your running going?

Missed you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Been really busy I finally got enrolled and school. Have to get my pre recs out of the way before nursing school BLAH! My workouts have been hardcore:) After finishing a month of 4DS. I do a couple weeks of endurance. So last week was all off the Hardcore Extreme dvd
Thurs Muscle max Legs first then upper body plus blast challenge from KM
Fri HCE premix #2
Sat Stretch max #3 core max #2
Sun HCE #1

Tues MM abs and upper body

Wow Randi, your workouts have been hardcore!! I can't wait to feel better so I can workout. I ended up staying home today. I am typing lots of evals. Maybe I will try to do some low-key weights later. I am definitely planning on getting back to my workouts on Saturday.

I have to be up before 5 tomorrow because I am going to a continuing education course. I am hoping Finley will cooperate and go to bed early!! Tomorrow will be the first day my DH has to get her ready in the morning. I think I had better get everything ready for him tonight!

We got home from the coast and our internet immediately went out. Grrr. :mad: I was planning on spending all this time catching up on threads, but I couldn't even get on!!

Also, I've had 2 sick kids--nothing serious, just colds, but enough to keep them home from school a couple days and disrupt the routine.

Running is going well, Lara. Thanks for asking. I just finished a 4 mile run that included 7 hills. That's almost 2 per mile. Wow. I'm running my miles right at 10 minutes a piece and feeling pretty good about that for now.

Tomorrow is PLB. I can't run without doing serious lower body weight work to strengthen the muscles that support all my joints.
 
Hello.

Today I was able to fit in GS BSB while Finley napped. I wanted to do cardio today also, but I just wasn't up to it. I did get some cleaning and organizing done though. I am hoping for cardio and weights tomorrow.

Robin...Nice to see you over here. I want to check-in with you peeps, but I don't have a lot of time to read and keep up anymore. Maybe when things settle down a little. That should be in about 18 years...right??:)

Laura...I am so impressed with your 4 miles and 7 hills!! I know it must feel so good to accomplish that. I am with you on the strength training and running. It definitely helps!! I have also read that a strong upper body helps with propelling you forward with greater ease when running. I am sure you know that already though:).

I hope the rest of you are doing well.
