Morning Michelle and all to follow. I'm doing 4DS/LIS today. I've set a goal of losing 5 pounds before the holidays arrive. (Halloween doesn't count) That should give me some wiggle room over the Chirstmas-cookie-season. Wish me luck!
 
Good morning ladies. Hope all is well. Last night was 4ds/KB/legs. I LOVED this workout. I think this and the bootcamp are my favorites. Cathe really cranks the energy up in these two. Of course I knew going into it that I would prefer these over the step workouts. I still have not done the higher intensity step. I did preview it but I am just not mentall up for learning the new choreography.

So my neighbor who I walk with wants to do a morning boot camp 3 times per week at 5:30 AM. I am going to go with her on Friday to check it out and see if it is something I want to do. I like the idea of it but 5:30 is early LOL. I may do it for a few weeks though to kick start some weight loss. I am eating really clean and semi-veggie lately so I'm just WAITING for the lbs. to fall off. :) I do feel slimmer already although the scale hasn't moved. My belly pooch is getting flatter which is a miracle. My belly pooch has a life of its own. :)

Hello everyone.

I am SO EXCITED!!! I finally have my 4DS and did BC and KB. They are so awesome!! I had so much fun. Tomorrow I plan on tackling LIS/HIS step choreography and then the weights to those workouts on Thursday. That is the plan anyway:)

Michelle...I hope you enjoyed your rest day. How was KB?

Robin...Good luck!! You can do it!! How was LIS. I can't wait to try it tomorrow.

Gin...It has been awhile since I have done S&H. Maybe I will get back to that series sometime soon. With all of my new workouts arriving, it may be difficult though. I got my Kelly Coffey-Meyer workouts today. I may try them sometime this weekend if I can pull myself away from 4DS.

Tess...One of the best gym classes I ever took was at 5:30 in the morning. It was early, but it was a blast. I felt so good knowing that when I got home from work, I didn't have to muster up the energy to workout. Too bad that class was in Indianapolis. I haven't found one here that is as good that early in the morning.
