PYGFO May 11-17, 2008

PYGFO Sisters:

This was a restful Saturday. I slept until 7:00 a.m., enjoyed the stability ball segment of Stretch Max, read, and relaxed this morning.

I started reading Eat to Live again and ordered Dr. Fuhrman’s new book set called Eat for Health. I really like his writing style and hope this inspires me to eat more veggies.

I went to Belk this afternoon because I had a reward certificate and found a pretty pair of pajamas for the Road Trip pajama party stretch class. The capris are periwinkle with small white polka dots, and the top is periwinkle. They are cute and comfortable and modest enough for public display. No, I did not buy any new shoes. I confess that I did look at shoes and try on a pair! I crashed after my friend’s cardio boot camp class Monday night and had to slow down the rest of the week. These were my workouts this week:

05-11-08 a.m. 4-Day Split Higher Intensity Step
05-11-08 p.m. 8 assisted pull-ups, 8 assisted dips, and 8 assisted chin-ups (160 pounds)
05-11-08 p.m. interval running and walking (1 mile)

05-12-08 a.m. 4-Day Split Kickbox
05-12-08 p.m. cardio boot camp class

05-13-08 a.m. Stretch Max (third segment)

05-14-08 a.m. 4-Day Split Lower Intensity Step

05-15-08 a.m. 4-Day Split Boot Camp

05-16-08 a.m. 10*10*10* (cardio and stretch)
05-16-08 p.m. 8 assisted chin-ups, 8 assisted dips, and 8 assisted pull-ups (160 pounds)
05-16-08 p.m. recumbent bike

05-17-08 a.m. Stretch Max (second segment)
