any suggestions on where to get one for kickboxing? can it be used on carpet? i live in an apartment.

I use Ironman puzzle mats. They can be found at Amazon.com. I use them my over carpet and have been happy with them.

May I suggest doing a quick forum Search on puzzle mats. You'll find a few threads on the subject.

i guess any of those mats would work? i could not find ironman puzzlemat on the web. the old threads have been removed on the new forum so i cannot do a search.

No Ironman puzzle mats listed on Amazon, although there are others. My carpet is very light and I don't want to ruin it with stains from the mats if I purchase them ... have you had any problems with that?

I don't know the brand, but pretty sure they are not ironman. I have mine over a tile floor.

I have puzzlemats that I ordered from greatmats.com (I think). They are very nice 'cause, from what I remember, they were very thick and they are reversible with blue on one side and red on the other. I also have them over carpet and have not had any problems with staining. The only drawback was the cost of freight shipping, which was pretty high.
