Hi Cathe, I have a very hard time doing push ups due to a screw in my right wrist. Is there something else I can do? I have slow and heavy chest and back, upper body pyramid. I really need to lift the girls. :) I just turned 40. I have been doing your workouts given to me by Debbie. But I need more breast work. Thanks Brenda

Hi Brenda,

I'm not Cathe but I have a few suggestions... 1) Have you tried push-up stands? They make push-ups much easier on your wrists. 2) Take an extra-stong excercise tube (the kind with the handles) and hook it into something solid that is at about chest height. Take one handle in each hand and walk away from the hooking point facing away from it. This will leave you in postition to do a standing chest fly similar to the kind you can do on a cable machine at the gym. If you get enough tension this will really work your chest well. Play around with rep counts and make sure you do some pulses too. You can work different angles of your pecs by hooking the tube onto something higher up or onto something lower. You can do the same thing with chest presses.

Hope this helps,

Ady
