Push Ups in Timesaver Workout #1

always kick my butt. Doing P90X and even Gymstyle Chest gave me the impression that I am finally good at push-ups but then I did Timesaver #1 today and those push ups were still tough!

I added the 33 min pre-mix (B 1 + B2) from Supersets at the end and I got a nice just over an hour total body workout. The 'B' sections from Supersets are nice functional fitness routines and I am recommending that pre-mix to my husband since he needs to work on functional fitness.

I just love mixing and matching and I appreciate all the Chapters and Pre-Mixes in Cathe's workouts.
