I'm on the brink of buying this one!! Is there a rotation that uses a lot of these premixes? Or does anyone have any good stories about how they worked for them?

I am not sure if Cathe has a rotation using the premixes on this. I like using the Super Sets Upper and Lower Blasts as an upper lower split. Also doing the Super Set Lower Blast and then the calves and floor leg work from Push Pull makes a good extended workout for lower body. I also like to use these to get in a second time for each body part in a week when I am doing Slow & Heavy or Gym Style workouts. Just ideas. There are so many options on these.
