How many times per week do I need to do each workout in the pure strength series? Is once a week enough to get results? I've been weight training for about 6 months now, but have never split up my body parts like this.
 
Yes, if you work very hard and truly use the heaviest weight that you can handle with good form, once a week will bring you results. If you feel that you would rather do each tape twice per week, this will enhance your results furthermore. Good Luck!
