"Pure Strength Series" & "Slow & Heavy Series"

Someone just posted in another thread that PS and MIS build more endurance and less bulk. S&H builds muscle.
 
Hi Eva! Both PS and Slow Heavy are muscle builders, however, Slow and Heavy is a bit more focused and intense than PS due to the slow rep speed. Slow and Heavy also works two opposing body parts in each workout while PS works two to three related body parts in each workout. I believe both of these series provide wonderful benefits.
