Has anybody worked out the title and chapter numbers for the new Pure Strength DVD? If you have, I would greatly appreciate your posting it so I don't have to do it myself.

I didn't do a programming map this time since the mix-and-match option makes it so easy to jump from chapter to chapter. I find I don't mind the little bit of extra rest time. :) One thing I did discover yesterday is that the step-ups from the SLA workout don't have a listing on the mix-and-match menu. So somehow I ended up skipping them...imagine that! ;-)

but found out that, like Pam, I really prefer the mix and match option because of the rest breaks. :)
