Purchasing DVDs and VHS

I am trying to order a mixture of DVDs and VHS and preorder
some Body Blast videos and the web site does not support this
functionality. I can either order and check out VHS or DVD.
The phone support does not do preorder. The web site is charging me
the shipping fee, even though it is posted that shipping is free now.

Does anyone have the same problem, how do you get around it?

Yes I noticed this happened to me also I am assuming they will credit when shipped but I amy be wrong I did not try to contact anyone
