Punching bag

I found this great Original Wavemaster Punch Bag at the second hand store, (new only $35.00, just add sand or water) and thought it would be great for Cathe's maybe upcomming punching dvd/kickboxing.

I know that it may never happen (future punching bag/kickboxing dvd from Cathe), but now that I have one, I would love to know if there is a video/dvd out there that can help me on how to do some punching/kickboxing. I'm looking for variety, and this looks like it could be the answer for me.

Any thoughts out there would be very much appriciated.

Hi Janie,


I used mine for Taebo, it really helped my heart rate go higher compared to not using it. I think it helps when you have something to hit instead of throwing punches into the air. I used gloves also. I haven't done Taebo for a long time but when I did I used Ultimate upper/lower body & advanced 1&2 w/os. Hope this helps.

I also just bought a bag and am also interested in what other workouts I could do with it at least until Cathe comes out with hers
