Pullup bar

I've been googling pullup bars and found one at PullUpBar.com I think looks like it might do the job without destroying the moulding around my door(s). I have no experience with pullup bars so I have to ask people here what you think. What do you think? Is this a good one?

I purchased mine at Olympia Sports. It was 26.oo and attaches to the door frame w/ screw-in brackets. It WILL not move. My sister has one that is like a tension rod, but it can slide down. Hope this helps. I think I would like Stuart (from the new male cast members) to comw and give me some pointers:) Kay
