Pull Up Bar/Push Up handles?

Sometimes when the tendons in one of my wrists feel strained I just use regular 8# hand weights which have square heads so they don't roll.

As for the pull up bar, I don't use it very often because it's not in the workout room; it has to be attached above the door. However It's the P90X one from Beach Body, and I like that the actual bar can be taken down when not in use but it also has a base above the door frame that is screwed into the wall so it feels very secure.

However, I have Cathe's Turbo Tower in my workout room and I use it for inverted rows. It works out well; I just have to be careful getting situated when leaning back for that first rep otherwise it will tip. I'm just over 5'9 and weight around 140 so my limbs are long.

I have the perfect pull up bar that came with handles that clip on and can rotate. I don't use the handles because I'm still working up to doing a pull up but my boyfriend has used the handles and he likes them. I also have the perfect pushup handle but I don't use it because the rotation doesn't feel right on my forearms/elbow.
