PUB Workout Question

When you all do PUB, do you feel you have to put the tape/dvd on pause alot or do you keep going with Cathe? For myself, I have to pause alot because I go 5 pounds heavier than Cathe with mostly all segments. I think I am suppose to do this with heavier weights to regroup, but I don't take more than 2 mins. What do you do?

Charlotte- LOL I'm not in the same league as you, my troubles are that I have to pause it because I have to walk around the house to get feeling back in my arms!!! I've done PUB once, last week. And I'm lower than Cathe on all the weights.
At least for now... ;)
 
If I was going heavier than Cathe, I'd probably take extra time too! But, I'm a wimp, and use lighter weights than Cathe (and I STILL get DOMS), so I can follow right along without pausing. Maybe someday I'll be strong.... *sigh*
 
I have to pause it a lot for weight changes but I don't go heavier than Cathe. It was a lot simpler when I had two barbells that I would keep loaded at different weights.

I'm actually doing this one tonight, which probably means I should get off my butt now and do it instead of posting here!
 
I pause between the flyes and presses, because I go heavier on presses (compound move) than on flyes (isolation move). I also sometimes pause between some other segments in order to get in position or take a break (but not as much of a pause as with PLB, which goes WAY too fast between sets for my taste--otherwise, it would be the PERFECT workout).

Your amazing! I wish you had a picture of yourself to post!
This month I have been able to do the flyes and front raises with 8#'s. I could not last month, but even still I have to pause between those too.
