I finally got the Intensity Series this week. I'm going to try Pyramid Upper Body tonight. I haven't been weight lifting like I should, so I'm a little out of shape. Considering that, I thought I would do one of the premixes rather than the entire work out in the hopes of limiting DOMS to a manageable level.
Having said that, what do you think would be better--pyramid up only or pyramid down only? I can't decide.
