PUB - second time around

Hi all -
Yow! I did PUB last night for the second time. This time, I did it without actually playing the tape. I'd written down all the exercises and weight changes, so I could work out a good weight system with what I have.

I really like this routine! My arms were completely fried - I wasn't too sure I could lift them high enough to wash my hair...:) I also threw in a few of my own exercises, on muscles I think need a bit more work.

I also found a nifty way to increase by 5 lbs without having to change out those pesky dumbbells (I have the plate system, instead of individual pairs of different weights). I just wrapped 5 lb ankle weights around my wrists. Worked great!

On the down side - I woke up last night with cramps in my arms. But who cares? It was a great workout!
