PUB/PLB DVD

Can anyone tell me about the premixes on this DVD? I have the tapes and not sure if getting the DVD's is worth it?

I love the DVD. Not only can you do up only or down only (about 35-40 minutes), but there is a great combination workout that clocks in at about an hour. So you get each upper body part (up only) plus each lower body exercise (up only, leg presses twice, not including floor work). It's a great workout, and I would get the DVD for that alone.
