PS Upper Body question

Cathlete
Cathe,
If I want to do PS/CST and PS/BBA on the same day, what is the best way to go about it? Should I do one video right after the other (which on first?), or should I switch back and forth between the body parts on both tapes (ie: chest-back-shoulders-biceps-triceps). I only have them on VHS, so I'm hoping that just doing one full workout at a time will work.

Thanks!
Sarah

Hey Sarah,

I'm not Cathe (no kidding, right) but I do the PS Upper Body tapes together once a week right now. Some weeks I do BBA first, other weeks I'll do CST first. I don't think it really matters which you do first, so long as you do the warm up from one before starting & then be sure to do the cool down. BBA is my fav because I love working biceps & I think this tape has one of Cathe's best bicep workouts on it.

Good luck.

I've got the PS in VHS too and will do the whole upper body together. I usually do the warm up to CST and chest, change tapes and do back, change and do shoulders, change and do biceps then back to the triceps. I know it's alot of switching but I drink my water and stretch a little during the changes. They're always cued to where they need to be so no FF or rewinding.
