PS SLA

Hi everyone. I did PSSLA for the first time in months on Monday. I had only done it a few times before, because I received it only a few weeks before I got the 6 pack, so when I got the 6 pack I used Leaner Legs in its place in the PS rotation I was doing. Sooo...I decided to try it out again for a change of pace this week.
Wow! What a great workout. I feel like I could have done a higher weight than the one I use for Leaner Lergs, but boy did I feel my inner thighs from that floor work! But, as I was doing it I remembered that when I had done it before, I did those leg lifts without any weight (I didn't have a barbell when I first started) and my legs were quivering! What a great feeling it was to be able to handle the bar and not really be dying at the end of it all! I certainly felt it the next day, but I know my strength has improved over the past few months. It's been hard for me to judge strength gains, but this was proof for me. Yay!! :-jumpy

You're aloud to brag! That's great to hear. :-wow I used the PS series for sometime before I received my the CTX tapes, so I'm anxious to see where I stand weight-wise after going back to PS. At this point, I am enjoying the CTX series too much to switch, but eventually, I will go back to the PS series. YOU GO GIRL!! Your-Friend-In-Fitness, DebbieH :)

Thanks, Debbie! Since I wasn't using the PS series for long (leg-wise) before starting Leaner Legs, my weight results may be different than yours. But I hope you'll be happy with your results, and since you're enjoying CTX so much, that's the most important thing anyway, right?!! :)
