Hi Cathe,
I just completed my first week of your PS series. I love these videos! My chest, shoulders, and triceps are already pleasantly sore from this morning's CST workout!
Anyway, my question for you is about how often I should be working my abs during this rotation. I usually work them 3Xweek. I am lucky that I see results here quickly. Of course, my upper body shows no muscle definition at all, but hopefully the PS videos will change that. Since you only have ab work on 2 of the videos, does that mean you only recommend working abs twice during the week? I'm using the series, each video once per week.
