PS Series and Abs

Hi Cathe,
I just completed my first week of your PS series. I love these videos! My chest, shoulders, and triceps are already pleasantly sore from this morning's CST workout!:)
Anyway, my question for you is about how often I should be working my abs during this rotation. I usually work them 3Xweek. I am lucky that I see results here quickly. Of course, my upper body shows no muscle definition at all, but hopefully the PS videos will change that. Since you only have ab work on 2 of the videos, does that mean you only recommend working abs twice during the week? I'm using the series, each video once per week.

Hi Danielle!

Its nice to hear your excitement. I love that "good sore" feeling. Its perfectly fine to do abs as many times as you like with this rotation. Since I know that many people mix and match ab workouts from many different tapes, I didn't make it a priority to put an ab routine on each of the PS tapes. If you'd like, for that third ab workout, you can repeat one of the ab routines that are on the PS tapes or simply insert your own. Have fun!

I think I will alternate the BBA and SLA abs sections with the CST video and continue my 3Xweek abs.
